Starfield was expected to be a game-changer when it released this year, with many anticipating the modding community creating some amazing mods for it. Sadly, one of the main coders from the Skyrim Together team has called Starfield “fucking trash” and thrown in the towel on their project, Starfield Together. This is a huge blow to the modding scene, as without dedicated modders, Starfield won’t have the same kind of afterlife that Skyrim did. It’s a real shame, as Bethesda games are known for their amazing exploration and vast, handcrafted worlds – something that seems to be completely absent from Starfield. It looks like we’re going to have to wait and see if anyone else picks up Starfield Together and gives this game the life it deserves.
